Now the only question is whether to get the Lobster Stew, shipped overnight from Presque Isle, Maine, or a monogrammed steak brand.

I vote we all pitch in and get one of everything...OMIGOSH I want to live in the USA just so I can get gourmet food shipped to my door. Ok, let's see if I can come up with a La Loche parallel...could it be considered gourmet delivery when someone throws their KFC remnants out their car window and it lands on your front lawn?
Seriously...go for the lobster stew and pay a little extra for the chocolate croissants. Have one with a latte for me.
